What is EB3 Unskilled Visa?

It is not possible to give an exact answer to this question, but it is estimated that the process from within the United States to receiving the green card can take 2.5 to 3 years, and consular processing can take up to 3-4 years. It may take less or more time than this, depending on how many applicants are applying and how long it will take to clear them. Patience is a must in this process.

Can I bring my family?

You can bring your spouse from outside the United States. You can also apply for and bring all of your children under the age of 21. The same conditions apply if you are living in the United States. Along with the main applicant, the remaining dependents also get a work permit and a green card.

Where and what kind of work is required?

Restaurants/industries hire people for positions that require physical labor. Labor intensive work and often requires standing for 8 hours. Warehouses may require heavy physical labor. Therefore, mental and physical fitness are important.
